If the order is delivered in a country other than France, the package will be transported by FedEx and delivered to your home. You will receive a tracking number. If absent, the other two delivery attempts will be made (with calling card) in the following days. If the three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, FEDEX retain the parcel for five (5) days, pending your instructions. Then, the package will be returned. If you refuse your package when FEDEX delivers it to you, we agree to the right to withhold charges (shipping costs, customs fees, management fees).

Article 12: Returns and exchanges
