If the order is delivered in a country other than France, the package will be transported by FedEx and delivered to your home. You will receive a tracking number. If the three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, FEDEX retain the parcel for five (5) days, pending your instructions. Then, the package will be returned.

Article 12: Returns and exchanges
