Maison Montagut, a renowned French high-end ready-to-wear brand, is seeking a Store Manager for its Dinard location (full-time or part-time depending on profile).

Your mission :

Under the supervision of the management and network manager, you will lead the store's activities and be responsible for:

  • Commercial performance: achieving sales targets, monitoring performance indicators, regular reporting.
  • Customer excellence: personalized welcome, customer loyalty, impeccable service quality.
  • Team management: motivation, organization of daily tasks, communication of objectives, upholding brand image.
  • Operational management: stock management, receipt of goods, meticulous upkeep of the store and stockroom.
  • Compliance with Maison Montagut standards: merchandising, product presentation, sales floor organization.

You will also play a key role in:

  • Participating in purchasing decisions (feedback and seasonal analysis),
  • Organizing commercial events (sales, private sales),
  • Ensuring proper administrative follow-up: cash register, schedules, inventories, discount management.

Profile sought :

Proven experience in store management (ready-to-wear, accessories, or premium sector).

  • Strong sense of commerce, organization, and customer service.
  • Taste for challenges, natural leadership, and exemplary conduct.
  • Proficiency in commercial management tools and performance tracking.
  • Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills.

    Part-Time Sales Advisor (M/F) – MAISON MONTAGUT – Dinard

    We are recruiting a part-time Sales Advisor for our boutique in Dinard (35800).

    Your mission :

    Reporting to the Manager of our Dinard boutique and as a true ambassador of our brand, you will contribute to the commercial performance of our store and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

    In this role, you will:

    • Advise and sell to customers with the aim of optimizing the store's turnover.
    • Provide quality service to a high-end clientele
    • Foster customer loyalty.
    • Uphold the brand's visual identity (merchandising).
    • Actively participate in the store's operations: receiving and checking goods, cash handling, setting up commercial operations, monitoring sales indicators.

    Profile sought :

    • Successful sales experience.
    • Experience in retail (ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories).
    • Hands-on individual with excellent customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in commercial management tools.
    • Excellent presentation.
    • Ideally, a background in commerce.

      Experience required; you have at least one prior experience in sales, ideally in ready-to-wear.

      Warehouse Order Picker (M/F) – 35h – Guilherand-Granges (07500)

      Maison Montagut, a French high-end ready-to-wear house, is recruiting a Warehouse Order Picker for its logistics site in Guilherand-Granges.

      Your mission :

      Within our warehouse, you will be responsible for:

      • Receiving and checking goods.
      • Managing computerized stock (picking, storage, space optimization).
      • Preparing and shipping customer and online orders.
      • Processing customer returns (inspection, repackaging, restocking).
      • Supporting the warehouse manager with daily logistics and inventories.
      • Handling and loading/unloading trucks (CACES certification required).

      You will also assist in setting up new collections and special de-tagging/re-tagging operations.

      Profile sought :

      • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or order preparation
      • CACES certification required.
      • Rigorous, organized, autonomous, and team-oriented.
      • Comfortable with stock management IT tools.
