You earn 1 flower for every €10 spent.
You earn flowers on your purchases in Montagut stores, at the factory outlet, or online at montagut.com.
For example, if your purchase is €130, you earn 13 flowers, corresponding to a €13 discount on your next order. A maximum of 200 flowers can be accumulated on your loyalty account.
Sales, promotions, and discounts do not allow the creation of flowers.
On the montagut.com website:
You can use your Flowers after converting them into a discount code for any order over 100 euros including tax, excluding shipping costs, except for sale or promotional products. They can be used with a maximum of 100 flowers per purchase. They cannot be combined with other discount codes. The maximum validity period for flowers is 1 year.
In store:
Flowers can be used in Montagut stores. They apply to all Montagut products, excluding sale or promotional products, for purchases over 100 euros including tax. To do this, simply notify your salesperson that you wish to use your Flowers.
To use your Flowers on the online store, you must convert them into a discount code. Go to your account, in the "My Flowers" section. Click on convert my flowers into a discount code for the site. A discount code is then created, visible in your basket and valid for 1 month.
Convert your flowers only if you plan to spend them on our site montagut.com. No need to convert them to spend them in store.
Flowers are valid for 1 year after the 30-day return period. You have 1 year to convert your flowers into a discount code. This discount code is valid for 1 month.
Once you have received your package or made your purchase in store, the Flowers are awaiting validation during the 30-day return period. During this period, they cannot be used. When you return an item, the Flowers obtained with the purchase of that item are canceled.
When this status is displayed, your Flowers can be converted into a discount code.
Flowers are canceled when your order has been canceled.
You have already converted your Flowers into a discount code. All you need to do is use the discount code that was generated and appears in your cart (also visible in the "My Discount Codes" section of your account).
