Customer satisfaction is Maison Montagut's priority. If the product you ordered doesn't suit you, you can return it within 14 days. Please contact our customer service before returning a product from outside France.

Satisfied or your money back

You have 14 days after delivery of your order to request a refund, exchange, or credit note valid for 6 months. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refund within 2 weeks.

Returning a product from outside France

Please contact our customer service before returning a product from outside France.

In your account, choose "My Orders," then click on the order number.

Select the item to return and explain the reason. Click "Request Return Authorization."

Log in to the website: www.montagut.com with your username and password.

Go to the "my orders" section

Locate the order in question, click on the number of the order concerned.

Check the item to be returned, explain the reason for return.

Click on "request a return, exchange or voucher (valid for 6 months)".

Can I make an exchange?

If you have received a defective or damaged product, you can, in accordance with the conditions set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, request a free replacement by email to: serviceclient@montagutcom or by telephone: +33 4.75.41.79.51.

Why do I have to pay for shipping and return?

Returns are a major problem in the fashion industry. Every year, millions of returned garments are thrown away or even destroyed: this is harmful to our planet! We want to prevent this, which is why solving this problem is an integral part of our mission. We hope our customers will try to avoid returns and, where possible, join us on the path to sustainability. Maison Montagut offers free shipping for orders over €250 for mainland France.

How long will it take to get my money back?

We will refund the amount paid when ordering for the returned items within 2 weeks of receiving the returned items.

The refund is subject to the following conditions:

Items subject to this right of withdrawal must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags and bag. The items must come from the online store montagut.com.

Items returned from another store will not be accepted and must be returned to the original store.

The refund is made by bank transfer to the account associated with the credit card used for the purchase, or to the PAYPAL account if the payment was made via PAYPAL.

If you refuse your package upon delivery by FEDEX, we reserve the right to deduct the costs (shipping costs, customs fees, handling fees).

About flowers, your loyalty points

When you return a product, the flowers you received are canceled. We remind you that you earn one flower for every 10 euros spent (except on discounted products). One flower is worth 1 euro to spend on your next order.
